The Mojave installation mask appears but I can't install it. In an attempt to update the S O I was forced to initialize the Mac and give it from the Utility menu, the Reinstall. Mac is inizialized and it's wait for downloading Mojave SO.

I have not possibility to download Mac Os Mojave on other pc. In both cases users can experience the full-screen version.
They can also download the virtual machine. So for using these windows users have to download a tool named VMware. Now users are able to experience the full-screen mac feature on their PC. Users can use it in their system (PC or laptop) like any other app they used. But using the virtual machine or VMware windows user also enjoys this mac feature. Except for the mac user, no one can get these features.
Users can enjoy their features and use it smoothly. If your Mac isn't compatible with macOS Mojave, the installer will let you know. To find your Mac model, memory, storage space, and macOS version, choose About This Mac from the Apple menu.
